First of all, thank you very much for helping us settle in Kobe. Since day one, it has been an absolute pleasure to be working with you, and we are very glad you were our destination service provider. Directly on my first trip, you have taken the time to meet me and do a pre-screening, then you have spent a full day with me and my wife during the look and see trip, and then helped us navigate through the bureaucracy of registering to the city, opening bank account, sorting out the vaccination requirements for our daughter and last but not the least, over 6 hours of effort to get our mobile phones function! In parallel to all those, you have always been available to us on LINE and e mail for our questions, and at times quite dumb questions😊 Throughout all these months, you have been always reachable, very polite and very helpful, and we are really utmost satisfied with the service you provided us.

All Japan Relocation was great.

I worked with Imai Yasuyuki-san and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our visit was well organized and he helped me complete all of the necessary steps for immigration.

He also helped me sign up for a bank account, helped with mail drop off, recommended an international phone SIM card and arranged the drop off. In addition to that, his email response is very prompt and timely. I would highly recommend Yasuyuki-san and All Japan Relocation to colleagues.

I am very happy to say that our house hunting trip to Tokyo has been incredibly productive, thanks entirely to the wonderful work of Mayumi Endo at All Japan Relocation! She and her agent Nobu were truly service oriented in every way. From day one through today, we were taken excellent care of in every way. Every question was answered, either on the spot, or with some research. After working in advance to screen homes, and then narrowing down the list, our time here in Tokyo was very productive. Mayumi and Nobu listened carefully to our criteria and made sure that homes we looked at matched our interests. We saw many apartments, but knew that we had found home when we walked into one of them. We found a lovely home and Nobu is busy negotiating the terms as we speak.

As I am sure you know, moving across the world is daunting in many ways. Not knowing where you will live and what school will be like for the kids generates some anxiety. I am happy to say that after this trip, we have accomplished a lot to make our move much less full of uncertainty. We will be leaving here feeling really good about our imminent return.
